katelynn corter '22 Recruiting Profile

I started running track my 7th grade year and I immediately fell in love with the sport. I love to run and I strive to get better each day.  I enjoy training myself to get faster and reaching new goals. I push myself to become the best athlete I can be and I am going to work hard to have a great season this year. 

Last track season got cancelled because of Covid. I had been working and training everyday to get my times down since my 9th grade year but I did not have the chance. Despite this I will continue to train and work hard for the 2021 track season. 

My goal is to run in college, and I will work hard to achieve this goal. I am a very hard worker and have a great work ethic. When I am not at school or out running, I am usually at work. But between school and work I still find time to train. I try to excel in everything I do too both academically and athletically.
