I am 6’2” and 195lb high school junior QB. I have played football for the past 9 years and plan to continue this throughout my high school and college years. I work hard on and off the field at perfecting my position. I have played other positions on the field. I can play both sides of the ball if and when necessary. Receiver, corner, linebacker, safety and finally I found my position at QB. I have enjoyed playing QB for our Varsity team at Bakersfield High School. We are at the beginning of our season and I am excited and looking forward to us coming together as a team. This year has brought many changes from a new head coach to a new offense. Michael A Stewart is now our head coach and leading us in a new direction. His time in the NFL is providing us knowledge we can use to move forward with our own future in football. I embrace all the change at hand and look forward to what is to come.
During the off season I made sure and kept myself busy with attending camps, and one on one training as a QB. My goal is to be an all-around student athlete. Playing the QB position for the past 7 years has taught me leadership and what sacrifice can do. At the end of my sophomore year I attained a GPA of 4.2 . I am enrolled in AP classes and GATE classes. I am also a part of our Engineering program.
