Angelo Cimino '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Angelo Cimino, I am currently a Junior attending Salinas High School where I play Varsity football. My Varsity football team went 9-1 on the season. I started at Slot for the whole season and helped lead my team to our winning record.I was the only starting Junior at a skilled position on offense. 

Outside of athletics I have a 4.0 GPA. In my eyes to be an athlete you must have good grades. I am determined to be the first in my family to make it to college and have a 4.0 GPA. This makes me different from other recruits as I try to get the best grades I can achieve. I strive for greatness and to become the first person in my family to play sports in college. 

My character is what sets me apart from other recruits as well. I always keep a positive vibe while trying to make sure everyone is in check. I help grow a brotherhood as I connect with my teammates in life outside of school. 

I am looking for a school that offers a very high level of education, and a football program that is more like a family. I am interested in a school that offers me an opportunity to make lifelong friends outside of school. I am looking for a school that can also help me in the long run later in life and teach me skills that I haven't learned.
