Gregorio Verdugo '13 Recruiting Profile

I am in the graduating class of 2013 attending Point Loma High School (San Diego, CA); my current GPA is a 4.0. I am 6' and 210(lbs.). My primary position is Linebacker but I have experience playing on both sides of the ball, I have played football since I was 6 years old. My coaches see me as being coachable, eager to learn more, and a natural born leader. I am a confident, polite, well mannered, disciplined and hardworking student athlete who leads my football team by example with big plays on the field, excelling in the classroom and being a gentleman off the field. I am self-motivated and push myself to improve in all aspects of life to do the right thing. I look forward to a successful senior year both academically and athletically. I have a few dreams and goals set for my senior season and beyond which are winning a CIF Championship, making first team All-League, earning a Football Scholarship, and a College Degree. I am looking for a college that has a successful engineering program with strong overall academics. I am very open minded about location and size.
