Hi, my name is Jacob Burr and my love for sports came at a very early age. I have been a three sport athlete my whole life and have been playing since the age of 5. I started playing competitive football when I was 6yrs old and my passion for the game continues to grow every year. My dream has always been to play college ball and I believe that I could be an asset to your program. I am a dual threat quarterback and have a very high understanding of the game and am very passionate about doing everything I can for my team. My favorite part about football is the brotherhood you have with your teammates and knowing when you are out on that field you are not alone in the battle. One of my most proud moments was when I was named the starting varsity QB my sophomore year. I was only the 2nd sophomore to ever get that honor in the 20 years history of the program. With that I learned how to quickly become a strong leader on and off the field, and continue to work hard on that every day. I am looking forward to the next step of my journey and being part of a great program.
