Malique Singleton '22 Recruiting Profile

Football is my life’s passion. Football has so much to offer, both as a sport, and as a way to have a successful life. I love the process of football from waking up at 5:30 in the morning to work out, to spending countless hours watching all different types of schemes of football to help me better understand the game. Playing football helps me to excel at school because it is important to me and provides me motivation. I have learned how to lead others and how to set goals and make a plan to reach those goals. I not only enjoy playing football, but I am fascinated by all aspects of the game. I have a passion for the history, the players and coaches, strategies of the past and present and where the game is headed in the future.

I want to go to college and play football as I pursue a degree in education. When I graduate, I want to become a football graduate assistant while I earn a master’s degree. Hopefully, that will lead to a career in coaching and teaching. I want to help other kids like people have helped me during my life. I plan to work very hard while I am in high school so I can have the opportunity to reach my goals in football and in life.
