"COVID Rowing" st...Personal Statement
I am a competitive rower out of Denver, Co and my goal is to continue my passion of rowing in college. I will be the first in my immediate family to go to college, with the goal of becoming a student athlete. I am very proud to say that I am the first competitive rower in my family. I am very driven and pride myself on on hard work and am very dedicated to set and meet my personal goals. One of my first goals as a rower was to make captain on my rowing team, which I did as a junior, this was the first time anyone has made captain as a junior. I have a very outgoing and caring personality and strive to help others in achieving their goals. My goal is to join a strong crew team that believes in teamwork and supporting each other to become a untied, successful, and strong team.

- Row on the erg 5 -6 a week, sometimes twice daily. I make sure to take necessary breaks throughout the week to let my body heal and recover.

- This is daily exercise to ensure I continue to build my cardio strength.
