My name is Mark Chapman and I am a 6’ 3’’, 280-pound offensive lineman in the class of 2022. I am from Guilford, CT but am currently attending Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT. My bench is 375, my squat is 505, my clean in 295, I run a 5.2 40, and a 4.86 5-10-5 shuttle. I have wrestled since seventh grade and I have been playing football since fourth grade. My experience in football has taught me the importance of teamwork, as every player on the field must work together and do their individual responsibilities in order to win. Football has also taught me that the harder one works and the more one wants victory, the more success one obtains. Through all of my hard work I have been awarded CHSCA All-State, All-SCC, and All-Area for the area of New Haven, and I am looking forward to earning more awards in future seasons.
I am most interested in a school with good academics that offers a major in finance. I would prefer a school in the North East; however, I am open to play at schools in other regions. I am willing to play at any division level. I have always wanted to play college football, and I intend on achieving my dream anyway possible.
