I've been taught to be humble and coachable and I strive for this in everything I do. My size can make me a formidable foe on the field and I love playing OT and NG. I've been complimented on my ability to lead by example in the classroom, in the training room, and on the field. I'm not afraid to train hard and push myself in these areas to achieve my goals of playing college football and earning a degree in either mechanical or civil engineering. I actually was accepted onto the team as an eight grader due to my size and maturity, but I'd never played football. A senior starter was hurt in our first half of the game that year and I found myself on the field with only two weeks of practice. That's when I knew I loved the game and wanted to be the best I could be for my coaches and my team.
