My name is Michyl Shaw. I currently attend Nature Coast Technical High School, graduating class of 2020. I love the game of football. I have been playing since I was nine years old. I enjoy playing and working hard with my team. Football has taught me to always give my best. It has taught me the value of hard work as well as setting and reaching goals.
My future plans include attending and graduating from college. At my high school, I study Energy Sciences. Currently, my planned major is undecided. I have a 3.5 GPA and also take honors courses. I currently also have my Level One Electrical certification via NCCER.
I have also been named Special Teams Player of the Year for my football team. I have helped with my team's success with blocked punts, forced fumbles, and playing hard.
I believe I am a great candidate because I am a hard worker, quick learner, team player, and a leader. I am willing to continue to learn and grow. I am able to accept feedback and follow through. I want to continue to be a better player and an even better person.
