Caleb Carlson '22 Recruiting Profile

I am a nationally ranked kicker on Kornblue Kicking’s Fab50.  I’d like to kick for a team that is dedicated to each other and the school, while getting a great education.  I’ve loved football since I started playing in 6th grade.  I’m a hard worker and continually strive to improve.  I am a team leader by example, and by supporting and encouraging my teammates.  

My kicking coach is Eric Perri, who has athletes currently kicking at Boston College, University of Miami, and University of Tennessee at Martin.  My goal is to be the next one.  My course load is rigorous, including AP and honors courses.  My high school football coach is Roger Caron, who played in the NFL and was head coach at Pomona College for over 25 years, and he has brought the same college-level discipline to our team.  My work ethic and standards I set for myself are a result of the high expectations my coaches have.  

I attend Ransom Everglades School in Miami, the number one independent school in Florida. I hope to attend a college that also has excellent academics and provides an opportunity to contribute to the success of the football program.
