2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
I have been playing water polo since I was 11 years old on my school team and club. I have also had the fortune to represent the SEZ in the ODP National tournaments and compete in the Junior Olympics for several years.
Playing water polo has helped me enormously in building my character; discipline, commitment, concentration, focus, a strong sense of motivation, and goal settings are some of the traits I can thank water polo. Throughout my time playing water polo I have had the opportunity to develop leadership skills as the captain of the team in Middle School and High School team, as well as being recognized with the Coaches Award in Middle and High School.
My goal is to become a college athlete in a university that can provide me an excellent education. As a student-athlete at a very academically challenging school, I have sorted my way and I look forward with great determination to put all my effort in both water polo and my studies.
