Kalen Sims '20 Recruiting Profile

I grew up in a household where everything was based off of hard work, dedication, and respect which allowed me to shape my self up to be a well rounded individual. As a small child, I used to always watch football on TV and realized that it was a sport I really wanted to play.  While being involved with the sport, I have learned that nothing is freely given and that the harder I work or push myself to do better the more I can accomplish on and off the field. Academically, I plan to finish the remainder of high school with all A's and B's and aim to get the highest grades I can possibly get on the SAT and ACT. I plan on majoring in biology in college so I can get closer to the goal of being an anesthesiologist. 

In my free time, I work to reach my personal goals and I sing. I attend church regularly and sometimes help during service. I have overcome many of obstacles through out life but I've learned that if I put trust and faith in God I can accomplish anything I set my mind to.
