GianCarlo Rufo '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a 16-year-old senior who is still growing and still developing at a rapid pace. A starting linebacker, team captain, a natural leader in the classroom and on the field, and a great teammate.  I am committed, accountable, and willing to work for every opportunity thrown my way. I am hungry as I feel I have been underrecruited and underrated; however, I have learned from this to be patient and only worry about what I can control. Especially since the start of my senior year, I have made tons of sacrifices to be the best student-athlete I can be. Rather than sitting around during my breaks, I am doing homework, working out, watching film, or in the training room for recovery. I am a great candidate for your team because I portray a true student-athlete and a great learner, and I will not be satisfied until I achieve my dreams.
