My proudest moment during football was going second round of playoffs my junior year. The previous years made me respect and feel accomplished doing this, because the two previous years we were only 1-8. During both my freshman and sophomore year I had received minor shoulder injuries making it hard to play and enjoy the rest of the season, but coming back junior year I was ready to put in the work and exceed in my junior year of football. Fortunately I had received no injuries this year while playing. I was privileged to have an amazing time pushing me to become 1st team all state running back, and 2nd team all state middle linebacker and punter. Football has instilled brotherhood, hard work and dedication into myself, along with countless hours of hard work inside the gym to not only strengthen myself but help not only myself, but also excel my team above others. I know I have the potential and desire to play at the college level and I’ll do whatever it takes to get there and make a mark both on and off the field.
While in college I’d like to major in mechanical engineering. Once I earn my masters in engineering and to go on and construct items that will help later generations. While in college I’d like to play football and help out the team with the variety of skills that I possess. I’m determined to complete a task or challenge that I must overcome to better improve myself or the group I’m in. I am also persistent when I have a goal I want to reach and I’ll do whatever it takes to achieve my goals. I believe with these skills and characteristics I have the ability to improve your team and take it to the next level.
