I am Dayne Keller, a 6'1", 170 lb. freshman QB at Castle High School in Newburgh, IN. Castle is a 5A school with an approximate enrollment of 1950 students. Castle competes in the Southern Indiana Athletic Conference (SIAC). In 2013 I helped lead my freshman team to an undefeated season & SIAC conference champions, the first time since 2004.
Rated a 4 star prospect by Signday.com, ranked #1 in the State of IN & #14 in the nation for QB's in the class of 2017 (ranked #91 overall in the nation all positions). Selected to play in the NUC All-American Bowl (12/30/13), named "Offensive MVP" for the North Frosh/Soph Squad. Named QB MVP at NUC 5 Star Showcase in Cincinnati (3/29/14). Ranked #69 by Youth1.com in their 2012 Elite 101 top players. NUC QB MVP in Indianapolis 2013, invited to U100 & Top Prospect. Selected to play in the Future All-Americans Bowl in Tampa (1/4/13), named starting QB & team Captain. Invited to "The Duel" (NFA), "Top Gun" (FBU), "Best of the Best" (Hustle QB) & "QB Spotlight" (NFA/QB Factory). Threw for 1,013 yards & 16 TD's in 5 Freshman games. Threw for over 2,000 yards in Middle School. Member of Coach Will Hewlett's Blackshirt Academy (NFA) for 2 years.
My goal is to lead Castle to a State Championship & have the opportunity to honor my teammates & family by playing football in college while earning a quality education.
