Personal Statement

I have two major goals in life after I graduate from high school.  One is to play college football and one is to be an engineer.  I am looking for the college that can make both dreams come true.  I am competitive and I like to win and I will do whatever it takes. I will play any position my team needs me in and  I will give 150% on every play, every game and never give up even if we're losing.  I love the family a football team becomes and I consider my teammates, my brothers.  Since my football season ended, I have been in the weight room every day, sometimes twice a day following a workout routine used by the WV football program.   I have worked with a personal trainer, a strength and conditioning coach from the Baltimore Orioles and I have been working out with one of my football coaches at his cross fit gym.  I am also working hard in the class room and continue to get straight A's while taking AP Physics and AP English.  I am getting ready for baseball right now as well, taking private pitching and hitting lessons.  I will do what most people won't do to succeed and achieve my goals.  I am a leader on and off the football field.  I am trying to set a good example and inspire the younger football players to work on their game off season so that we can have the season we want next year and make it to the state championship game.  But honestly  I can't wait to run out of a tunnel with my teammates someday onto a college football field and hear the crowd roar.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
