Football has been a constant source of positive experiences for me, for as long as I have played the game. From my grade school days, I have always loved to be on the field with my teammates. Some of my best memories have come on the gridiron, and I hope to create many more by continuing my career at the college level. While football is my passion, I also make time for academics and place a great deal of importance on my education. As of my Junior year, I have a 4.02 GPA. I am currently enrolled in five AP classes and hope to take several more my senior year. Although football is a huge aspect of my life, I know that my consistent effort in the classroom will be the most significant thing that helps me find a career that I love and succeed in after college. In my Junior season at South Hadley High School, I started both ways as an offensive lineman and as a defensive end. I personally feel more comfortable playing the defensive side of the football. In my first year as a junior Defensive End (switched from Outside Linebacker), I was named the Suburban North League Defensive Player of the Year, and the previous year was named to the all Western Mass second team as a Sophomore linebacker. I’ve had to constantly learn new positions in at the varsity level, which was difficult at first, but I have been able to work through these initial struggles in order to become a more well-rounded football player. I am open to any suggestions by coaches as to the position I would play in my college career. I would consider my greatest strength my coachability and consitent effort, both in-season and in the off-season. I have always willing to go above and beyond in order to help my team succeed, and I love to compete. I hope to continue my football career at a college that can provide me with a great education while also satisfying my desire to play at the next level. If you are interested in recruiting me please feel free to email or text me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible.
