Start of Freshman year, I didn't know what to expect people kept telling me I'd be on varsity or I'll be the best but that didn't happen. I was put on J.V. but I didn't want to be I thought I deserved to be on there. I soon learned to change my mind because I loved J.V. the bond we had as a team but also the competitiveness to be on varsity was amazing. I was pulled up to Varsity for the playoffs and had a taste of what it is like and I loved that. We then lost in regionals, I cam still remember the score 20-29 that day a fire flicked on inside of me. I wanted it, I wanted that title. That's where the passion and determination came from. Even though we went 5-5 my sophomore year I still wanted it. I learned how to persevere that year. My goal for college is to just make the roster or at least be a back up my first few years. I'm a good defensive tackle if you need a guys just to fill gaps and stay. I also have good flexibility and agility. I just hope some of you coaches see this and give me a chance.
