Max Nichols '18 Recruiting Profile

As a football player, I seek more out of the sport than just winning.  Of course the ultimate goal while playing may be to win a championship or have a winning season, a primary goal of mine is also to learn more about myself and the life lessons you can learn from this amazing sport. I believe the sportsmanship and characteristics displayed by disciplined players are just as important to the success of the team overall. I've grown up playing football since 2nd grade and have enjoyed every minute I've been given the opportunity to play.  On top of being a strong student in the classroom, I enjoy being able to connect with my teammates and help others along the way.   At this point in my life, with nearly ten years of active experience, I would love to pursue my career as a football player and take my skills and knowledge to the next level. This would give me a stronger chance to enhance my skills, learn more about my character as a person in society, and provide the education my family and I find suitable for a successful future.
