My name is Jackson Fischer, I am a senior at van-far high school. I am a LT and DT, I’m 6’4 295. I have recently earned the rating of 3 star athlete by the blue and grey all American combine. In college I plan to pursue an agricultural degree, I come from a very rural area so I feel that hits close to home and is very interesting to me. On the other hand with being a collegiate athlete I know that there is a lot of work and responsibilities that come with it. I know that it is very important to stay up on my work and grades in general, I mean it says it in the name “student athlete”. You areas student first, if you look at my film or my stats you can see that I’ve been playing since I was a freshman. I’m not gonna say it’s cuz I’m a freak athlete or anything like that, It was really just a matter of chance but I will say that with me and my teammates just being thrown into the fire we have been taught the hardships of losing and having to work for the little bit that we get. My school is one that has often been looked over in football but my teammates and I have turned that around. We are trying to build something that will be generational, we work hard to show the underclassmen that it’s not just about winning or losing, it’s also about the bonds and friendships we create while being at those lows and how we can pick ourselves up. In all in college I’m not saying that I want to be the star player although it would be great to do that. It is not all I care about I want to make myself and my teammates better than they were the day before.
