Justin Ciero '12 Recruiting Profile

I consider myself knowledgeable about the game of football. I feel like I can make big contributions to teams at the collegiate level because of my leadership and my ability to keep everyone in involved. Other then that I keep cool in tough situations. Im an extremely hardworking kid on and off the field. I would love to contribute to a collegiate team early on in my college career. I open to any schools big or small. As far as important stats and notes, I started as a freshman, sophomore and junior in football and basketball. Football wise I contributed big my sophomore year with over 1,700 all purpose yards and a number of touchdowns, racking up all league and all section honors (only sophomore) as well as MVP (only sophomore). As a junior I had a 72% completion rate, surpassed both 1,000 yards in both rushing and passing for a total of over 2,500 yards.I lead my team to the sectional finals, losing 6-0. I broke my foot on the first play, and continue playing the whole game displaying my toughness and hunger for success/winning. I got many honors/awards including, super 11 selection (only junior), 2nd year all league, all section, MVP, All County first team, All Journal News first team, MSG player of the year, All State. I am open to any location of a school in which academics as well as athletics are a strong point. Lastly I am not concerned about division. I am open to division 1,2, and 3 it all depends on the situation at hand.
