Darius Palmer '20 Recruiting Profile

There are a lot of things that formed me into the person I am today. I was often made fun throughout middle school, because everyone was intimidated by my stature and felt like they needed to cut me down to size. But throughout my football career not only have I finally began to grow into my own body, but football has finally given me a special bond to the people who enjoy this sport with me. This sport gave me my first sense of a brotherhood.

Academically, I hope to work in the computer field, it’s always fascinated me. I hope to further my knowledge in college. I push my teammates to strive for great heights while also bringing a sense of camaraderie to the team. I will admit that I make a couple of mistakes, but none are un-coachable, and i am very acceptable to criticism. I play both defensive and offensive tackle, left and right side. I am, at the time 6’6” and 280 pounds. I hope to find good friends, a valuable education, and a memorable experience in college.
