Football is a game that has taught me many life lessons, which have shaped me into who I am today. Some of my collegiate goals include being a successful student and football player. I plan to study sports medicine. Some potential careers I am considering are personal trainer and physical therapist. However the most important collegiate goal of mine is to play football and to continue playing and or coaching in my years beyond college. I am a hard working member on any football team because I am dedicated and will always contribute maximum effort. I believe that where I lack in some aspects such as height I make up for it in strength and work ethic. I have been playing football for most of my life and have gained education in the sport because of this. For example, football taught me about dedication and setting goals, because of football I am always keeping my academics a priority. Football has instilled a strong work ethic in me, not only in regards to training, but in where I use my time for studying and how often I can hang out with friends. Dedication, hard working and giving a strong effort, are all values that I not only maintain, but look to improve on a regular basis. For these reasons, I know I am a respectable candidate for any football team. Football is my number one priority and therefore on any team I will give it my all at practice, games, and in the classroom. Management, discipline, and maturity are all values that the game of football has taught me. I will always put the best interest of the team first. No teammate or coach will ever question my dedication or reliability.
