Lathan Adkinson '20 Recruiting Profile

One of the highlights of my high school career thus far was winning the Western Highlands Conference Championship as a sophomore on the JV team. We were able to defeat our rivals who had maintained a 37 game win streak. This was an awesome team effort and a great learning experience. As a starter both my freshmen and sophomore years I have really grew as a team player. As a junior I was not a starter on the offensive line until game #2. I started the next 11 games and have found a true love of the sport of football and a greater understanding of the overall offensive scheme. While we are a small 1A high school, I feel fortunate to be part of an excellent program. My junior year our high school team made it to the third round of the state playoffs. I have committed to do everything necessary to improve my strength, technique and skill moving into my senior season. I feel I have an excellent work ethic, I am very coach-able and possess leadership ability and would be an asset to any team.
