Carl Scott '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello My name is Carl Scott Jr. I am a student athlete for East Mecklenburg High School in Charlotte, North Carolina. I will be graduating in year 2024 and I currently hold a 3.2 GPA. I play both defensive end and middle linebacker for East Mecklenburg. I'm not like most recruits that you've seen that has one goal which is to get an offer or to get a spot on a roster. My goal is to make an impact on whatever school decides to take a chance on me on and off the field. I know based on my measurables, I might not be the most enticing prospect you've ever seen but the effort I put out on that gridiron will silence any doubts you have about me. What would make me a good candidate for your team is my effort and desire to be the best. I don't want a man, I want to be THE MAN. I don't just wanna be one of the best players in college football, I want to be THE BEST player in college football. When I enter my name in the NFL draft I won't be satisfied unless my name is the first name that comes off the board. I guarantee that if you give me a chance and allow me to be a part of your program, It will be the best decision you will make in your entire life. I know that the process isn't gonna be easy but by the end of it all I want to be successful to the point that my parents will never have to work another day for the rest of their lives. I want to make sure they don't have to worry about bills and taxes and guarantee that they will be taken care of as they have taken care of me these past 17 years. All I need is a chance to make that all happen.
