I have high hopes and ambitions for my future. Some of my goals as a high school student are to: remain on the honor roll and excel in all of my courses. My favorite subject is math. I am able to easily grasp concepts and apply formulas. I also enjoy the areas of Sports Medicine.
I would like to major in sports medicine or physical therapy once I gain entrance into college. Attending and graduating from an institution of higher learning is the most important thing because education comes first in my family. My primary goal as a football player is to attend and graduate college.
Football has been important to me. I first became interested in football at a very young age as I began to play football for Pop Warner football. I also attended conditioning camps to improve my performance on the field. Football has taught me how to be a team player. The wins taught me the value of working as a team to achieve a goal. The losses as a football player has taught me how to remain self-motivated, disciplined, and inspired to reach goals. Additionally, football has taught me to never give up, whether on the field or in the classroom. Even when the workouts or practices are gruesome, I remind myself to never quit. Quitters never win and winners never quit. Over the years, I have begun to appreciate the strenuous practices because I know I can only improve with the additional help. I try my hardest on every play because I do not want to let down my teammates. A unique talent that I possess is my high football IQ. I study football film in order to anticipate what plays a team may implement. While on the sideline, I also study both teams so suggestions could be made to my teammates in order to change movements and anticipate the other team's actions.
The way I was raised by my parents is displayed at all times; my discipline carries on to the field.
