My name is Demitri Allison. I am 6’0” 170 lbs, a rising senior at SouthLake Christian Academy, where I compete at the varsity level in both football and basketball. I am one of the fastest players on my football team with a recorded 4.51 second 40-yd dash time. More important than a running statistic, I strongly feel I am one of the most respectful athletes on the team. I strive to be the first person on the practice field to warm up and the last to leave, after completing extra drills. During my sophmore year of football, I was a Mecklenburg County statistical leader, finishing with six interceptions. I also finished tenth in the county in reception yards with 500, which lead to three touchdowns. One of my biggest goals in life is to play football in college, and I believe if I continue to work hard, I will succeed. If I had the chance, I would like to play collegiate football in the southeast, preferably at a large school. Academically, I would like to pursue a major in either criminology, business, zoology, or sports and fitness. My realistic goals for being a collegiate football player include: prioritizing academics, working as hard as I can in the weight room, and making a strong impact as a starting freshman.
