Alexander Schattin '21 Recruiting Profile

I moved from Australia to USA in 2016 and started playing football in grade 8 after begging my parents to join the football team.  I played Rugby and soccer in Australia and really enjoyed the sport.  I never touched an American football in my life and when the coach said bring your son for a tryout my father went to the shop and bought a football and brought it home to show me a little bit before I went to tryout.  I practiced for two hours and went to tryout.  I did so well they immediately took me in and my passion for the game was what made me determined to practice on my own so I don't disappoint the team.  That year we won the championship and I was the second highest scorer for the team.  I love football, I love punting mostly but I am good in both kicking and punting.  I am determined to play for college and I will.

After long work and determination I am please to announce that as of mid January 2021 I have received 3 div 1 offers and currently contemplating on where to commit!
