Shiloh Morton '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Shiloh Morton and I have wanted to learn to play professional football since I was seven years old. I am a well rounded and coachable player. My main positions are cornerback and wide receiver however, I have been known to play several positions during a game from running back to punter. When I was younger I was so eager to learn the sport that I would get really down on myself whenever I would make an error. As my experience in the game increased I began to become more confident and learn to rely on my coaches constructive criticism to help bolster my skills. I  would love the opportunity to play at a higher level. I have had some challenges in life that have caused my academics to suffer but I am determined to keep pushing forward and always giving my best effort even it is doesn't always result in an A plus. That has ultimately been the most valuable lesson I have learned in life and it all started with the game of football.  In an effort to give back to the game of football like it has given to me, this year(2023) I will be organizing a spring 7on7 football club in my hometown for the high school students.  It is my goal to be able to expand this club to other age groups in the future. However this year we are focusing on one age group to learn the ropes for optimal success in the future. I am committed to pursuing my dreams and goals and focused on my future.
