I have been playing organized soccer since I was 4 years old. I began playing club level soccer when I was 11, and high school soccer for the last 3 years years. Soccer has provided me some awesome opportunities. My high school team has advanced to the state tournament each of the past 5 years, and my club team made it to Nationals in last year (we finished third).
Last season (in October '21), one of my youth football coaches reached out to me and asked me if I had any interest in kicking for the high school football team. I went to a football practice one day before soccer practice, hit 17 of 20 kicks, from various hashes and distances.
My evolution as a kicker has been a whirlwind since. I have attended numerous rankings and college camps over the past 12 months, which have resulted in a very successful senior season and prepared me very well for college.
I am fortunate I have the opportunities I have been given/earned. My mom and dad have always told me being a good student (4.1 GPA, 29 ACT, 1290 SAT) is the key to having these opportunities. I love the concept of learning, whether in academics or athletics. I truly believe my dedication to both is what will make me a strong candidate for any college program.
