Desiree Schafer '21 Recruiting Profile

    I am currently involved in both track and of course volleyball! Being a student-athlete, I have to be dedicated, determined, and extremely focused.  I believe I will graduate with a 4.0 GPA and go into the medical field. I'm searching for a program that will help me achieve my academic and athletic goals. I became immediately interested in volleyball in seventh grade at a camp, and my passion for the sport has continued ever since. My experiences with the sport have taught me to never give up because there are plenty of mistakes made in volleyball. I aim to fix those mistakes everyday, and I try to learn as much as possible to improve my skills. I am a hard-working person and a motivating teammate that continues to strive for greatness.
