I am a hardworking, rising senior, varsity starter (defensive tackle/ end / edge) for Greenville Senior High School, SC. I have been on varsity since my freshman year. I played Basketball (cteam) and was on the Varsity Track and Field team as a freshman and sophomore.
I have played multiple sports since I was 7 years old. My athletic ability is a gift that I do not take for granted. I hope to work in athletics in some capacity as an adult.
Football has taught me so much about life. I learned to be a good teammate, that hard work pays off and that I can work and get better. I respect my teammates, my coaches and my opponents. I am a good sport, even when my team doesn’t win or when things do not go my way. I want to keep learning and growing as I continue to play.
My first and second years on track and field, I excelled placing #1 Shot Put, #1 Javelin, #3 Discus in the Greenville County JV Championships. I went on to place 4th (highest freshman finish) in our region and went on to place 6th for Javelin in the Upper State as a freshman and placed in all 3 throws at Region and competed in all 3 throws at Upper State as a Sophomore.
My goal is to always give my best. I am competitive and aggressive on any sport I play. I want to play football as long as I can. I care about academics and maintain A's and B's in the classroom. I enjoy learning about physical performance and sports management. Photography, videography and video editing are also interests. I have worked on my school broadcast teams and media teams for 5 years and have job shadowed a producer at WSPA-TV in Greenville, SC.
