My collegiate goals are to help with the building of a strong and well known football program. To build a brotherhood, and to prove to our competitors that we’re a force to reckon with. My ambitions for playing collegiate football are to strengthen a football program for future years players and under class men. To create strong relationships with the players and coaches that will last a lifetime. What makes me different from others is my ability to play through injury. I rolled my ankle during a district competition, but I refused to stay out the game and leave my team without a center. So during halftime, I talked to my head coach and asked him to wrap my ankle so I could finish the competition. After the competition, I then seeked attention for my ankle. I may not be the biggest or strongest center, but how I make up for that is being a leader in and outside the classroom. I make sure I complete every assignment given to me by my teachers and make sure I have strong relationships with them. I ask them not to be any easier on me because I’m a athlete. I ask for the same level of expectancy that they would a non athlete. I also play a huge part in the bonding of our team. When they doubted themselves, I talked to them and told them how their an asset to our team. They would look at a team during pregame, and see their size or skill level, and instantly doubted we’d win the competition. So during suit up time, I would ask for everyone to huddle up and hype everyone up for the game. I became the leader and the glue for us to be an amazing football team
