Personal Statement

I am a 6’1 wide receiver/tight end at Lamar High School in Houston, TX, although I am open to switch to any position I’m needed in college. I have a 4.39 GPA, run 4.6 40-yard dash, and weigh 175lbs. Playing football in college is a goal I expect to achieve. Failure is something I cannot stand. Many guys say they're driven, but fact of the matter is few are willing to do what others won't in order to accomplish what others can't. My current goals, as I am back in my offseason routine, are to continue to add mass and get faster. I will be working to get playing time as a freshman anywhere I go. I would like to go to a school with a great atmosphere where i can find balance between the class and the field. I take all opportunities and love to show up on the big stage. I am open to different types of schools, although I would prefer one with a stable hierachy of coaches and courses in which I can major in political science. An environment in which I could learn from others and make an impact as soon as possible would be great. I will absolutely look through all opportunities even though higher echolon schools are prefered.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
