Jose Juarez '20 Recruiting Profile

I want to attend college to become a Athletic Director to educate others on what it means to be part of a successful team and train students to  reach their potential to do better.  Athletic Director does the pride job of dong behind the scene work,  which puts the team to succeed and become leaders. The reason why I would be a good candidate for the team, along with being different then other recruits, would be how committed I am to be part of team and watch myself and my teammates grow together.  With that commitment to be part of the team, comes with working hard. At a young age, hard work help me succeed to be a better athlete and help my teammates to reach their goals.  Along with being hard working, I was taught that without both athletics and academics, you can not succeed without one or the other. That would be my reasons to be a good candidate.
