Joshua Tisdale '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Tisdale. I'm 6' 205 lb. DE/TE and I have been playing football since the third grade. At that time, I played on a team that had 7 coaches including a conditioning coach and not only fell in love with the game, but was introduced to discipline and hard work. I know that sounds like an oxymoron for 3rd grade but this team competed at a select level in Texas and Oklahoma and it was a blast. I continued to learn and grow and now believe myself to be a formidable opponent....and it's still fun!

Several things differentiate me from other recruits, the first being my parents:  A Captain in the Fire Dept. and a teacher/coach have instilled in me a strong work ethic and drive to serve others over myself. I make good grades in Honors classes, while serving as an Officer in FFA, a member of BETA, all while participating in multiple sports: Football, Tennis, Golf, and Track. Finally, I am self driven to work, even when no one is looking.

My collegiate goals are to pursue a degree in Business Marketing while fulfilling my dream to play college football. I am eager to put in the work to be a great addition to your team. I know how to listen and execute and above all, I've been told by my coaches that I am coachable!
