I am a soccer player turned football kicker. I have grown up playing soccer at the most competitive level in Dallas, Classic Chamber League Division 1. I play NPL and have played soccer on an international travel team in Europe during my 9th and 10th grade summers. I made the team for my 11th grade summer, but Covid canceled the trip.
While I am confident that I could play soccer in college, football is my passion. As a junior, I have been a starter for three years on a high school team that has won the state championship twice and were runners up my sophomore year. As a junior I was top scorer on the team with 88 points, won All-State honors as free safety, and All-State honors as kicker. My sophomore year, I was tackled during an interception and my collar bone was broken, so I missed the last four games of the season and still earned Honorable Mention Offensive Player. While I attend a small private Christian school that plays six-man ball, football kicking is the same on an 11 man field. I am confident that the transition to 11 man ball will be aided by my athleticism and kicking technique.
Not only am I a strong kicker (4.5 star rated Kohl's kicker), but I excel in the classroom with a 4.2 GPA. I have taken every honors or AP class available and know my drive will help me in the college classroom. I am searching for a top university where I can study engineering. When you meet me, you'll see that I am quiet and humble. I was appointed to the football leadership council my senior year which is a testament to my character and effort on the field.
I work part-time for my soccer coach installing fiber-optics for a cable company, I love to travel with my family, mountain bike, listen to music, and can not wait to continue playing football in college.
