My name is EJ Deveaux and I am currently attending College of the Siskiyous in Weed, California. I played high school ball at Curtis High School in Univeristy Place, Washington and received interest from multiple schools my junior and senior year but did not receive any offers. I received All-League honors for both RB and DB my junior and senior years in high school, All-Area my senior year, and was selected to play in the All-Star game. My goal is to receive an offer in order to one, play at the next level and two, get my education paid for. Last season, I red shirted at College of the Siskiyous and I am eager to play this coming season and prove that hard work pays off. Coming to a juco, I have matured, gained more knowledge of the game, and realized what it takes to get to the next level. School is important to me and I graduated high school with a 3.7 GPA and earned a 3.42 GPA my first semester at College of the Siskiyous. I realize that in order to play well on the field, you also have to put in the work in the classroom and I have always took pride in excelling on the field and in my studies.
