Some say dreams are just fantasies you have at night, but I am willing to put in the work to make mine a reality. Many people said this year coming in as a freshman I wouldn’t be able to handle all the pressure that went along with being a varsity quarterback. I started out playing 7 on 7 in the summer, listening to my coaches, lifting after practice, doing form work outside of practice, and was able to prove myself this season on the field. I truly love everything about football, but I also like to hunt, fish, lift, and compete in anything.
My first semester of high school was a challenge moving from middle school to high school, but I have learned to budget my time and work hard in class to end the semester with a 4.0. I also killed my first nice buck with a bow.
If you have read this and are interested check out my freshman highlight film. I am a young man that is willing to work hard to prove myself, and who uses adversity to drive me to get better.
