Dream is to be a History Teacher and Football/Swim Coach. This is my 4th year of playing football. I started playing my freshman year of High School. I made it to starting line.
See when I was 7 a tree fell and crushed my skull and punctured my brain. I had to learn how to do everything all over again, from reading to learning, and how to tie my shoes again. I am on the drum line and have been playing in the band since 6th grade. I have been known for playing in the half time show while still in my football uniform. I am the only player who is also in band. I was never allowed to play sports but I did grow up on a farm, and learned how to work hard. By the time I was a freshman, my head had fully healed, and I no longer was on any restrictions.
At that time I was 6'5" and 240 wearing a size 15 shoe. The coaches were happy to have me on the team as a starting tackle. I showed up an hour early for weight training every day of my freshman summer. The coaches didn't care that I knew nothing about football, but living on a farm was just another work day and we didn't have time to watch football on TV. We have to feed and tend to the animals. Don't get me wrong I am no weakling, I've been slinging 45lb hay bales about 200 to 300 a cutting, since I have been old enough to pick them up.
Well I got the fever, the football fever. I started absorbing all the fundamentals to the game, and can assure you I am going to play for the NFL one day. My sophomore year I played JV and Varsity. I also joined the swim team and the Trap Shooting Team that same year. My junior year was all I could hope for. I was a starter on the Varsity as a Right or Left Tackle, and also on JV as a starting line Offensive tackle, and Starting Defensive as Nose Guard. I like this nose guard position, seeing as it is a fun position that I can let off a little steam.
I'm now 6'6" and 280lb and wear a size 17 shoe. I am playing Ironman Football this year as a senior, Offensive tackle, Defensive guard, and TE on some plays on the Varsity. Keep your eyes open for me because you WILL see me on Sunday afternoon tv one day.
