Leadership fuels me. I've been blessed with great leaders in my life starting with my parents, to several influential coaches and teachers, as well as teammates throughout my life. Learning the craft of being a great leader goes hand in hand with the continued process of learning the game of football in my eyes. I never want to stop learning or leading. Being a center I get to lead every play, every huddle, every aspect of the offensive scheme.
