My name is Patrick Nau and I am a junior at Whitefish Bay High School in Whitefish Bay, WI. I play football, baseball and run track, but my first love has always been football. I started playing football when I was 10 years old and was lucky enough to be a starter on the varsity football team as a sophomore. I am looking forward to what next year will bring! My mom and dad tell me every day that if I want to succeed in anything I need to work for it and that is why this year I decided to run track. I wanted to try and get faster for football and baseball and thought that running track could definitely help me achieve that goal.
Playing sports is important to me, but I know that I need to keep my grades up so I can continue playing. I work as hard on my studies as I do in the weight room and for the last two semesters I have made high honor roll and my current grade point is close to a 3.8. My junior year I will be taking AP classes and hope to maintain or increase my GPA.
My dream has always been to play college football and when my dad told me about this process, I was really excited. My parents and coaches have always told me that I am very coachable. Some people say that I am quiet, but I think it just takes me time to get to know someone. I will continue to work as hard as I can to realize my dream of playing college football and hope I have the chance to speak with a lot of coaches and visit a lot of schools. Thank you.
