William Smith '23 Recruiting Profile

Hello I am William Smith a sophomore and  starting center back on the number 3  team in the nation, Whitefish Bay Wisconsin High School. I also play for FC Wisconsin (joined last year and have won player of the game consistently this fall in indoor games), one of the best soccer programs, if not the best, in Wisconsin. My dream since I was a little kid has been to play soccer in college. I am 6'1 and a built 170 pounds. My mile time is extremely good (working to get faster every year) and I am very quick and a good decision maker and leader out on the soccer field. I am driven and work hard to constantly improve my game outside of both the high school and club seasons. I play basketball for our high school team and believe that correlates strongly to my soccer game and keeps my fitness level high. My work ethic remains strong in the classroom as well.
