One of my biggest goals is to play collegiate basketball, and I am willing to do anything it takes to complete that goal. Basketball is a passion of mine, and I have been playing the sport since I was 4 years old. I love this sport and practicing it is one of my favorite things to do. I am always ready to get better and improve my game, and I am always prepared to do whatever it takes to win games. I have experience being a leader and a floor general on a team, as well as experience being a follower and a role player. Something that separates me from other athletes is my academics. I am primarily an all A student and take many advanced and AP classes. I strive for excellence on the court and in the classroom, and this makes me a great athlete. During football this year, I suffered a partial tear of the labrum on my left shoulder and had surgery in mid-December, which has resulted in me missing my sophomore year of basketball. However, I have been cleared to play and will be going through spring evaluations with my high school team to prepare for summer workouts and play dates.
