My goal for college is to pick a college that both tends to my wants to be a pediatric orthodontist and to play softball with a program that suits me. I have always worked extremely hard on my grades. I have always been taught that they were the most important. I have a hard work ethic and have always been a hard worker for my sports. I used to do cross country and trained with my sister, Alona Melendez, in track. I did volleyball until middle school, as I felt it did not suit me. Then I started playing softball. I immediately fell in love with the sport and the amazing bonds I can make with my teammates. I now play for the Batbusters Al and I couldn’t be happier. I have strong aspirations to continue softball in the collegiate level.
