Ryker Zuidhof '24 Recruiting Profile

I'm a multi-sport athlete with the ultimate goal of playing college basketball. I put in the work for every sport I play, and my coaches will testify of that. I go to the fitness center three times a week when possible, and am in transition for a healthy diet. I try to include my mom with my decisions for sports, and try to get her input on everything. The other sports I play are volleyball and javelin. Though javelin did get discontinued at my school due to injury. I currently am playing on the Senior Varsity volleyball team at the Lethbridge Collegiate Institute. I also will float down and play Junior Varsity for some games. The difference between me and other athletes is, I didn't have everything given to me growing up. If I wanted something I had to work for it, and because of this I've gained a strong work ethic.
