Basketball is a sport I have been playing my entire life. I have had many ups and downs with the sport but I have stayed loyal to it. With that being said, I wish to continue to play basketball at the next level where I can go to college, which is very important to me as I would be a first generation college student, and learn about my major (exercise science) so I can become an athletic trainer. Academics are very important to me as I understand I am a student-athlete. I am very attentive in class and try to build relationships with the teacher. Basketball wise, I am a very positive teammate and a quick point guard with great passing ability, ball handling, ability to shoot the midrange and three and a great defender. I look to create for my teammates and control the pace of the game whether that is us pushing the ball or running a half court set. I am disciplined and a hard worker whether that is off the court in the classroom, in the weight room or on the court.
