Josh Bubakar '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Joshua Bubakar, I attended Summit Shasta High School and I graduated with a 3.5 which is something I am proud of because the amount of hours after school and work I have put in academically has paid off.  I make sure I maintain my grades and understand the lessons I am learning in school because I believe that a good education can take me a long way in my life to better my future more than basketball can, as you can not play basketball forever. But basketball is my passion and I love the game deeply,  which is why I strive to improve my skills and knowledge in regards to the sport. Getting my teammates involved on offense is what I am good at, but if I have to I am able to create a play for myself or for my teammates when the play does not go as planned. I also take great pride in my defense and advocate positivity which brings energy to my whole team.  I do not want the amount of work I have put in academically and athletically to go unnoticed, which is why I am doing my best to go to a good college to further my education and hopefully get recruited to play college basketball at any level.
