Robert Smid '22 Recruiting Profile

Whats up my name is Robert Smid. I am 21 years old and am from Merced California. I am a student athlete that was just recently attending the university of antelope valley in Lancaster california, until is randomly closed down on February 28 2024 with no prior notice. So now I am currently looking for a new home for next school year/season. I just recently red shirted right before our season at UAV due to an ankle Injury, but I am back and better than before. I am a 6’4 athletic combo guard. I can defend multiple positions on the defensive end, while also playing passing lanes and blocking shots with my length and athletic ability. On the offensive end I can score at all 3 levels, finish above the rim and play with good IQ. I have a 2.8 gpa right now but after the late start and summer classes I’m enrolled in at my junior college I should have a 3.0.
